What do I do if I’ve forgotten my email and password?

If accessing either the iPresent.com website or the iPresent app and you forget your password, click on the 'Forgotten password' link on the login screen under the password field. You will then be asked to enter your email address to which a link to reset your password will be sent. If you forget your email or which email you used with iPresent then please contact support.

Which iPads can I run iPresent on?

iPresent can be used on 2nd, 3rd and 4th generation iPads as well as the iPad Mini as long as each device is running iOS7, or higher, software.

How do I download iPresent?

The iPresent app can be downloaded for free from:
Apple App Store
Google Play Store
Windows Store

The Content Management System (CMS) can be accessed by creating an account.

Do I require an iTunes account?

Yes. The easiest way to download iPresent is for users to use their own iTunes accounts. However, for large enterprises there are other app distribution methods that are available. Please contact us for more information.

If I want to upgrade from a free Lite Package to a paid Package, what are my options?

Within your iPresent account it is easy to upgrade from your free Lite account to a subscription account. You can choose to pay monthly or if you subscribe to a full year then there is a discount available (12 months for the price of 11).

What discounts are available for long term subscriptions?

If you sign-up for a year’s subscription to iPresent then you are entitled to 12 months for the price of 11.

Can multiple iPads access the same account in the Lite Package?

The Lite Package allows up to 2 device users. Once you subscribe you can use as many iPads as you have licenses for.

Can I set up multiple iPads on the same email address?

Yes. You can assign multiple device licenses to a single email address.

Can I transfer an iPad license from one iPad to another?

Yes. The easiest way to transfer an iPad license is for an iPad user to simply log onto another iPad and they will be asked if they wish to ‘log into this device and be automatically un-assigned from the other device.’ Click ‘log in’ to confirm. To switch a license from one User to another, an Admin must sign in to iPresent.com, go to the User’s record from the User Tab, select ‘Edit’ and un-check the ‘is an iPad User’ box. This frees up one license. It is possible then to select the new User from the User Tab and then ‘Edit’ their record, check the ‘is an iPad User’ box. This User may now go and log in to the iPresent app on their iPad.

How do I stop Users transferring licenses from one iPad to another?

Admins have the option to control the ‘Device Access’ function, turning this on or off for greater security. This is available by logging into the CMS, selecting the ‘Account’ drop down menu, choosing ‘Organization settings’ and, from this page, un-check the box ‘Allow logging into other devices’.

What file types can I upload to iPresent.com?

The following file types can be uploaded into your resources:
Image files: bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, tif, tiff
Documents: doc, docx, pdf, txt, pages
Spreadsheets: xls, xlsx, numbers
PowerPoints: ppt, pptx
Audio: aif, aiff, aifc, caf, mp3, aac, m4a, wav
Videos: m4v, mp4, mpeg, mov
Website URLs (when adding there is no need to include the ‘http://’)
Local web: .webzip

How much data can I upload to iPresent?

The amount of data that can be stored by iPresent varies based on which package you're using.
Lite Package: 250MB
Standard Package: 10GB
Pro Package: 1TB
Enterprise: Unlimited data
