To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. Any data deemed no-longer relevant is deleted. iPresent shall keep personal data uploaded by customers for at least sixty days from the date of closing a customer account. iPresent shall keep staff HR-related personal data of employees and consultants for at least seven years. iPresent shall keep emails of clients and prospective clients for as long as it has a legitimate interest to do so.
iPresent does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If you are under the age of thirteen, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this website or our services.
We respect your privacy and give you an opportunity to opt-out of receiving announcements of certain information. Users may opt-out of receiving any or all communications from iPresent by contacting us or selecting the “Unsubscribe” option on their email.
